I forgot my password, what do I do?

On the login page, there is a Forgot Password link to click. This will prompt the system to ask you for your email address you use to login. After submitting this information, the system will email you a link to reset your password.

Who will my expert be?

Your expert will either be an interpersonal communications expert from Vayomar that your company has predetermined, or it can be someone from within your own organization who is in charge of your performance reviews.

Can I change experts during the feedback process?

We suggest that you stay with your assigned expert throughout the feedback process to maintain consistency and allow for a better understanding of the progress you have made. If for some reason you feel that you have not received a satisfactory level of performance from your expert, you are encouraged to contact us at info@howdidido.biz to alert us to this problem.

What is your relationship with Vayomar?

Vayomar is our parent company and is the organization in which our experts are trained. They provide the experience that comes from over 12 years in the field of interpersonal communication.

Do you provide 24/7 live support?

No, we are only staffed during regular 9am-5pm business hours.

Is there a mobile application?

Yes! This feature allows you to upload and manage your videos from anywhere. You are able to keep the feedback flowing on the go, so there are never any slowdowns in personal or organizational improvement.

What is the best way to contact you?

The fastest way to reach us and receive an answer is via email to the address info@howdidido.biz .

How long does it usually take to receive feedback?

We do our best to to provide it within 48 hours of the feedback request!

How long is my feedback saved on my video?

Your feedback stays with the video as long as the video is on the system. Once either you or your expert removes the video file, then the feedback is deleted as well.

My video isn't recording, what do I do?

If your video is not recording, contact us at info@howdidido.biz right away. We will have someone look at our system to identify the error as quickly as possible.

Is there a messenger service to continue a critique/conversation?

No, we do not provide live chat yet. You can continue any feedback/conversation via email with your expert or through the feedback that has been provided on your video.

Who can sign up for HDID? What do you require to sign up?

We are currently only offering B2B services. We are working towards opening our services directly to the general public.

 

To sign up, you only have to provide your name, email address you wish to associate with your HDID account, and the company code that has been assigned to your organization.

How quickly will I see improvement?

Immediately! Before one of our experts even sees your video, you’ve already taken the first step towards improvement by seeing yourself on video and getting past what is a discomfort for most people. Once you begin to work with one of our experts, the process we’ve developed takes off and you will see improvement at every step!

Do you do private/one time engagements? Do you do on site/in person feedback?

Yes. Those can be scheduled directly with your expert or if you haven’t signed up yet you can reach out to us for more information at info@howdidido.biz. One of Vayomar’s interpersonal communication experts can provide you a one-on-one consultation, or they can run a workshop that helps to coordinate organizational objectives.    

How do I pay HowDidIDo?

Because we are B2B, we do not handle individual sales.

How do I cancel my account?

If you wish to terminate your account, simply send a request to info@howdidido.biz and we will remove your account from our system.
